Extremely disappointed. We were so excited to hear that a Grottos was opening in Lancaster and we could put that into our pizza rotation instead of only having it when we went to the beach. What a letdown. Asked for a no cut pizza....it was cut. Which isnt a deal breaker but it was cold and way overcooked...almost burnt tasting. Makes me think that theyre just making a bunch of regular cheese pizzas and then just reheating them...thus the burnt taste and look. Also we ordered a 16" and it was most definitely not a 16" pizza. We will most definitely NOT go back. There are much better local pizza shops that will stay in our weekly pizza purchases and that are worth the money. Ill never get that $21 or calories or extreme disappointment back. Save your money....a frozen pizza is better than this Grottos pizza.

Grew up going to Grotto in Harvey’s Lake. Was very excited to have one where we live now. Pizza was spot on. Wings were pretty bad. Tasted like precooked frozen wings. Also took almost 45 minutes to get 2 out of the 3 orders of wings we ordered. I know this is a new location so I hope it improves.

Food was excellent. Service was good. They are new to the area. I'm sure they will get better. I will go back.
